THE "COSPAIA" DATABASE WORKS WITH THE LATEST FOOTBALL MANAGER UPDATE (21.4.0),

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU DISABLE ANY ACTIVE FACE PACKS. REMOVE THEM OUT OF THE GRAPHICS FOLDER. SUGGESTED FACE PACKS TO USE : CHILLED MOOSE FACE PACK, OR ZEALANDS NEWGAN FACES.

IF YOU USE THE FMF FILE, AND YOU HAVE THE REAL NAME FIX INSTALLED, YOU'LL HAVE TO DISABLE THE REAL NAME FIX, TO AVOID GETTING CONFLICTS WITH THE COSPAIA DATABASE.
CHOOSE TO "ADD PLAYERS TO PLAYABLE TEAMS" AND DISABLE PLAYER ATTRIBUTES MASKING, IF PREFFERED.

Ignore the Approximate player count in the picture above. The game can't calculate the correct number of players, that will be loaded with the advanced database.
To get as many created players loaded as possible. Press the Approximate player count button and choose Advanced. Then choose to load players based in nation from the nations you wan't to add players from. See below.
